Follow these steps to get started:
Register on our Media Hub to access the files listed on this page
- Click here to register on our Media Hub or click here to log in
- Media Hub registration requires an email address with a company domain and will take a few hours to be processed.
Installation and Licensing of DEMS 360
- Please ensure you have the correct computer specifications outlined in the DEMS 360 Considerations document prior to starting the install process
- Please follow the below instructions for a Standalone install. Note: If you have booked an enterprise or cloud install please contact installations@revealmedia.com, referencing your organisation name and account manager, instead of following the steps below.
- Download DEMS 360 from the link provided via email - please note the file needs to be unzipped once downloaded
- After downloading the standalone DEMS 360 package you will need to:
- Run the ‘DEMS_Setup.exe’ application to begin the installation
- Once installed, click the DEMS 360 shortcut icon that’s been added to your desktop
- Login to DEMS 360 with the credentials provided in your welcome email
- Navigate to the Administration Tab
- Navigate to the Licence Tab - Tutorial video available here
- Click Generate a license button in DEMS
- Send downloaded license to helpdesk@revealmedia.com
- Receive approved license file from Reveal and Import license
