Installation and Licensing of DEMS 360



  1. Please ensure you have the correct computer specifications outlined in the DEMS 360 Considerations document prior to starting the install process
  2. Please follow the below instructions for a Standalone install. Note: If you have booked an enterprise or cloud install please contact installations@revealmedia.com, referencing your organisation name and account manager, instead of following the steps below.
  3. Download DEMS 360 from the link provided via email - please note the file needs to be unzipped once downloaded
  4. After downloading the standalone DEMS 360 package you will need to:

  • Run the ‘DEMS_Setup.exe’ application to begin the installation
  • Once installed, click the DEMS 360 shortcut icon that’s been added to your desktop
  • Login to DEMS 360 with the credentials provided in your welcome email
  • Navigate to the Administration Tab
  • Navigate to the Licence Tab - Tutorial video available here
  • Click Generate a license button in DEMS
  • Send downloaded license to helpdesk@revealmedia.com
  • Receive approved license file from Reveal and Import license
