Central Camera Manager

All cameras can be configured from single or multiple groups to easily update an entire estate within a couple of clicks. Firmware updates and settings are automatically applied each time a camera is connected to DEMS 360 to reduce administration. Digitalizing the assignment of cameras to users and/or locations also supports the management and tracking of assets, with insights available on asset health and utilization.

Video Manager

Review: Quickly search for uploaded files by date, user or location using the library search filters. Instantly view files, open documents, listen to audio and watch videos using the Media Player. Save time during video evidence review with adjustable playback speed and synchronized viewing of multiple videos.

Manage: Categorize files with an Incident ID or add them to a Case folder for easy file locating and management. Customize retention policies to align with your organization’s guidelines and streamline the preparation of evidence for sharing with automated redaction, snapshots and video clipping.

Share: Improve escalation speeds by sharing files internally or with external organizations at the click of a button. Instantly export to a computer, burn files to a DVD or data disc or share via a secure external weblink. Set retention period, add incident ID and notes quickly and easily. Live Centre

Through Live Centre, you can be remotely involved in real-time incidents. View live camera locations, remotely activate and view live streaming feeds for vastly improved situational awareness and to assist in real-time decision-making and escalation. Through Live Centre, fall detection and SOS alerts can be actioned.
